OCPD officer named Police Instructor of the Year

OCEAN CITY, Md. – Deputy First Class Amy Gutowski of the Ocean City Police Department has been recognized by the Eastern Shore Criminal Justice Academy.

She was named their Police Instructor of the Year for 2023.
