Milford man arrested for sexually assaulting minors

MILFORD, Del. – A Milford man is behind bars after police say he sexually assaulted two minors earlier this year.

The investigation began after police received information that an adult male suspect allegedly sexually assaulted two minor victims back in July. The suspect was identified as 18-year-old Ajalon Ayres, and a warrant was obtained for his arrest.

On Wednesday, Ayres was arrested on four counts of second degree rape and one count of fourth degree rape. He was held on a $110,000 cash only bond and a no-contact order was issued between Ayres and the victims.
