Art League of Ocean City unveils new exhibit

OCEAN CITY, MD. – The Art League of Ocean City unveiled its new exhibit, Friday evening.

The showcase features art highlighting those who are undergoing addiction recovery.

Art League executive director, Rina Thaler, said the second annual exhibit gives artists the perfect opportunity to show off their creativity before, during and after their healing journey.

“[We’re] raising awareness for the stigma that people who have gone through addiction recovery face, and tapping into their talents, to see how they heal through art,” Thaler said.

The display will be up until October 28th and there will be satellite shows until December 31st.
