Worcester Co. Deputy receives Traffic Safety Award

WORCESTER CO., Md. – Worcester County Sheriff’s Deputy Mark Shayne was awarded this year’s Traffic Safety Award from the Maryland Sheriff’s Association.

Deputy Shayne arrested 83 individuals suspected of driving while under the influence of alcohol, which police say helped to keep streets safer in Worcester County.
