Sunday afternoon update: Ophelia downgraded, coastal flooding persists

1PM (Sunday): Ophelia has weakened below tropical status which means concerns for high winds and severe weather has ended. However, coastal flooding will persist and rain is still possible as the system crosses Delmarva this evening. Chief Meteorologist Rich Wirdzek has an update.

8PM: Ophelia is now a tropical depression as it continues to weaken while approaching the area from the south. The system will still impact our weather for Sunday. Meteorologist Erich Ahlf has an update.
