Sunday afternoon update: Ophelia downgraded, coastal flooding persists
1PM (Sunday): Ophelia has weakened below tropical status which means concerns for high winds and severe weather has ended. However, coastal flooding will persist and rain is still possible as the system crosses Delmarva this evening. Chief Meteorologist Rich Wirdzek has an update.
