Ocean View man sentenced to federal prison for distributing methamphetamine

DELAWARE – An Ocean View man has been sentenced to four years in federal prison for distributing methamphetamine.

According to court documents, in July of 2022, investigators executed a search warrant at the home of 35-year-old Vincent Mitchell. As a result of the search, one pound of methamphetamine and $6,000 in cash were seized.

Further investigation revealed that on a monthly basis, Mitchell was driving to Philadelphia to buy a pound of methamphetamine, which he then reportedly sold in the Ocean View area.
