Good Morning Delmarva Discusses Ballet on the Beach

47ABC – Sunday, September 24th, Ballet on the Beach is performing a free dance show at Holloway Hall Auditorium at Salisbury University.

It was originally planned for Assateague Island, but the performance was moved indoors due to inclement weather.

Vanessa Salgado is the founder of Ballet on the Beach and a native of the area. She sat down with us to discuss the event she calls a dream come true.

Salgado says the ballet performance will include members of the New York City Ballet, The Washington Ballet, Ballet Theatre of Maryland, and the iconic Dance Theatre of Harlem.

The performance starts at 5pm but pre-performance activities starting at 4pm.
