Four Wicomico Co. businesses fail alcohol compliance check

WICOMICO CO., Md. – Four Wicomico County businesses failed a recent routine alcohol compliance check.

We’re told the Wicomico County Alcohol Task Force, comprised of the Wicomico County Liquor License Department, Maryland State Police, Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office, and Salisbury Police Department, completed the check on Thursday. A total of 26 establishments were checked, with 22 passing and four failing.

The following businesses failed the check:

Riverside Market – 519 Riverside Drive
Vintage – 610 Snow Hill Road
Tapped Pizzeria – 1210 Nanticoke Road
T’s Market – 400 North Salisbury Boulevard

The Board of License Commissioners may order these establishments to appear before the Board for a hearing, with the clerk who allegedly sold the alcohol to a person under 21 being charged by the Officers of the Task Force.
