47ABC – It’s Monday and that means it’s time to introduce you to a new emerging leader!

Melinda Ramirez is the Director of Leadership Programs at HACE and recently they created a partnership with La Plaza of Delaware to help mid-level professionals and entrepreneurs of diverse backgrounds with starting their own business.

Ramirez says the program called “Emerging Latino Leaders” was launched to help them develop their leadership skills and potential for achieving success.

The concept has a franchise like style with multiple courses on topics like conflict management, effective communication, strategic planning, and more.

Ramirez says this helps prepare their graduates to help their teams and community.
