Dover Police investigating overnight business burglary

DOVER, Del. – Dover Police are investigating a burglary at a local business that occurred early Wednesday morning.

Officers were called to Country Eatery just before 4 a.m. for an alarm, discovering that a suspect had damaged the front door to the building in order to gain access. No suspects were found inside the building, but further investigation revealed that the suspect had stolen a cash register before fleeing the scene.
