Dover man arrested in connection to four burglaries

DOVER, Del. – A Dover man is behind bars after he was connected to several burglary incidents that began in June.

The first incident took place on June 24th, when police say a suspect broke a window to Paras Grill and Gyros and stole money from the business.

The second incident was reported on July 27th, when a victim told police that an unknown suspect had gone into their home in the 600 block of Maple Parkway and stole items from inside.

The third incident took place on August 30th, when a suspect broke into La Tonalteca through a roof vent and damaged property inside the business.

The fourth incident was reported the following day, stating that a suspect cut through the exterior of Capital Pawn and stole items from inside.

Through the investigation, police developed 32-year-old Carlos Vazquez as a suspect in all four incidents. He has been arrested and is currently being held at SCI.
