Dover defense overpowers Sals
DOVER, Del. – Dover’s defense forced five turnovers on downs, Jakwon Kilby scored three times in their 27-16 victory over Salesianum.
The Senators recovered from an early B.J. Alleyne touchdown pass to Benjamin Anton. Kilby raced in from 60 yards, and then from 5 yards out for scores before halftime.
The defense was the difference maker, as the defensive line swarmed Alleyne and sophomore quarterback Ryan Stoehr all night.
Dover (4-0) will play at William Penn next Saturday at noon.
