Colonel Richardson survives battle with Cambridge South Dorchester
FEDERALSBURG, Md. — Colonel Richardson comes up clutch taking down Cambridge South Dorchester 14-13 to move to 2-0 in the 1A.
The Vikings led 7-6 with 10 minutes to go in the fourth quarter before Vikings Quarterback Blake Labelle rushed for a touchdown to make the score 13-6. The Colonels responded with a quick drive down the field and scored with a Derrick Mitchell rush that brought the Colonels within one. Colonel Richardson Fullback Collin Brewer then converted the game-winning two-point conversion with two minutes left in the game. Cambridge would then turn it over on downs with 50 seconds left in the game.
