City of Salisbury officials considering new roundabout

SALISBURY, Md. – City of Salisbury officials are considering a new roundabout in the City.

The area in question is where East Main Street meets Mt. Hermon Road, East William and Truitt Streets, and Long Avenue. In a letter to the City Administrator, Infrastructure and Development officials call the improvement “badly needed” for traffic flow.

Officials are asking the council for funding for a feasibility study on the possible improvement. That ordinance is expected to have its first reading Monday night.
