Beach Clean Up at Assateague canceled due to weather

BERLIN, Md. – The Beach Clean Up events scheduled at Assateague Island for Saturday, September 23rd have been canceled due to impending weather.

The event is canceled in both the Maryland and Virginia districts, as well as Assateague State Park.

Park entrance fees are still waived in the National Seashore and National Wildlife Refuge for National Public Lands Day.
