Settlement reached with Salisbury hearing aid center

SALISBURY, Md. – The Maryland Attorney General’s Office has reached a settlement involving an investigation into a Salisbury-based hearing aid center.

The settlement involved Audio Advantage Hearing Aid Center, which was formerly located at 209 Milford Street Suite B. Before closing in 2021, Audio Advantage became unable to fulfill purchase orders and initially failed to issue refunds timely.

This settlement bars the company and its former owner from selling goods that they do not expect to be able to provide within a reasonable time. The owner is also required to pay refunds to any Audio Advantage consumers who have not already received refunds for goods they purchased but did not receive.

Anyone owed refunds from Audio Advantage can call the Consumer Protection Hotline at 410-528-8662 or 888-743-0023.
