Good Morning Discusses the Summit on Latino Entrepreneurship

47ABC – Delaware Alliance of Latino Entrepreneurs and La Plaza Delaware’s annual Summit on Latino Entrepreneurship is this Saturday from 8 AM to 4PM.

The Executive Director of La Plaza visited Good Morning Delmarva to share what you can expect to see at the event and why it’s important to the community.

Mary Dupont says they started the day-long event just last year, but it’s expanded. This year, you can expect to see more speakers and experts hosting workshops this time.

It’s a day for education and hands-on-experience you can’t get in the classroom.  The workshops and panels will be in Spanish with translators.

She emphasizes — it’s important for the Latino community to have business centered meets like this as resources are limited.
