Good Morning Delmarva Discusses An Evening with Anna Eckoff

47ABC – Esteemed Author Anna Eckoff will be in Easton tomorrow evening as the 1st stop on her US Book tour. Her book “A New Beginning: Life on the Frontlines” is about her life changing decision to join the frontlines in Afghanistan and the Middle East at 56-years-old.

Anna sat down with us and discussed what it was like working as the Head of Administration and what inspired her to embark on such as courageous journey. Anna says she was originally an IT Manager in her home country of Denmark before making the career change to support her country even if it meant leaving behind her six children.

The book has been nominated to be inducted into the national press club in Washington D.C. – a consideration she is truly honored by.

Anna says both herself and her publisher will be in attendance with a Q&A style format for the event.  The event will be Friday, September 1st at 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Studio B Art Gallery in Easton.
