Del. farmer recognized by Secretary of Agriculture

DELAWARE – Delaware Secretary of Agriculture Michael Scuse presented local farmer Katherine “Kitty” Holtz with the Secretary’s Award for Distinguished Service.

Kitty and her husband David have owned Holtz Farms since 1969 and have been a staple of the Delaware community ever since.
