BREAKING: Arrest made in Monday night homicide in Salisbury
SALISBURY, Md. – A Salisbury teen has been arrested in connection to the fatal shooting of Keith Chaney Monday night.
Salisbury Police assisted Maryland State Police on Wednesday with the arrest of 19-year-old Bisheri Jacobs at his residence. He has been charged with first and second-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first and second-degree murder, first and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, and accessory after the fact to first and second-degree murder.
He is being held without bond.
