2023 High School Football Preview: Sussex Tech Ravens

GEORGETOWN, Del.–  Sussex Tech limped to a 4-6 finish last season, now the Ravens have a large junior class this season that they will be relying on as they look to compete in a tough 2A district three.
 We caught up with Ravens head coach Brad Ellingsworth earlier today and he says the focus for this upcoming year is the same as it’s always been, “It’s not who we play but how we play.” Tech looks to get back on the winning side of things and coach Ellingsworth believes this year’s squad of Ravens is way ahead of the curve than where they were last year.

“We are way ahead in terms of where we were a year ago- in terms of that in terms of maturity and leadership- so I’m very pleased with our effort- we’re running around- we’re excited every day so I’m excited to see how this team- their potential and how it pans out,” said Ellingsworth.
