Teens arrested for shoplifting in Felton

Police Lights

FELTON, Del. – Two teens have been charged in connection to a shoplifting that took place last month.

Shortly after 10:30 a.m. on June 20th, officers responded to the Felton Royal Farms for a reported shoplifting. It was learned that two juveniles had gone into the store and stole merchandise. Through video surveillance, police identified the pair, a 13-year-old and a 14-year-old, and warrants were obtained for their arrests.

In early July, both juveniles reportedly turned themselves in with their parent/legal guardian. Both were arrested and charged with shoplifting and third degree conspiracy, and were later released on their own recognizance pending a later court date and no contact order with the Felton Royal Farms.
