Pair arrested on drug charges in Milford

MILFORD, Del. – Milford Police arrested two people last week following a drug investigation.

Police say the several weeks-long investigation concluded on July 13th with the execution of a search warrant at a residence on Winward Boulevard. The search led to the seizure of heroin, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

As a result, 24-year-old Major Foster and 23-year-old Alayjia Diaz were taken into custody.

Foster was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of a child, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance. He was held at SCI on an $11,400 secured bail.

Diaz was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and released on her own recognizance.
