Outgoing Wor-Wic President celebrated

SALISBURY, Md. – Outgoing Wor-Wic Community College President Dr. Ray Hoy was recently celebrated for his community college service.

Hoy has led the college for 23 years and will remain in place until his successor takes over in August. It was announced that the college’s main assembly hall will be re-named in his honor. Some of his notable accomplishments include the addition of 17 new programs, dual enrollment agreements with local high schools, and a 132% increase in the number of graduates.
