UMES named leading institution in NEXTGEN grant project

PRINCESS ANNE, Md. – The U.S. Department of Agriculture named the University of Maryland Eastern Shore the leading institution in a $10 million federal grant project.

The school will tackle a 5-year NEXTGEN Project to build a diverse federal workforce in food, agriculture, and natural resources.
