Three arrested, fourth suspect wanted in Milford shots fired investigation
MILFORD, Del. – Three people have been arrested and police are searching for a fourth following a shots fired investigation.
During the afternoon hours of June 11th, police responded to Silver Lake Estates for a report of shots fired. It was determined that multiple shots were fired and property was damaged in the complex. No injuries were reported.
Further investigation led police to identify four suspects, three of which have been arrested.
21-year-old Deontray Watson was charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, eight counts of first degree reckless endangerment, receiving a stolen firearm, second degree conspiracy, and three counts of criminal mischief under $1000.
28-year-old Davon Akins was charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, eight counts of first degree reckless endangerment, receiving a stolen firearm, second degree conspiracy, and three counts of criminal mischief under $1000.
20-year-old Semaj Eley was charged with second degree criminal solicitation and tampering with physical evidence.
The investigation is continuing, and police say more information will be released once the fourth suspect is taken into custody.
