Rehoboth Beach man charged with rape, sex abuse of a child

MILLSBORO, Del. – A Rehoboth Beach man has been charged following an investigation into sexual assaults dating back to 2016.

Police say Ryan Riley has been arrested and charged with two counts of first degree rape, two counts of first degree unlawful sexual contact, continuous sex abuse of a child, second degree rape, and sex abuse of a child by a person in a position of trust, authority, or supervision.

Riley is currently being held at SCI on a $100,000 cash bail.
