Princess Anne Town Council President censured

PRINCESS ANNE, Md. – Town Council President Joseph Gardner has been censured.

Officials say it happened at Tuesday night’s work session. The town says it was for being out of conduct, however, the notice to the public won’t be released until July 10th.

Gardner is not the only council member to be censured. In the past, council member Lionel Frederick has been censured three times.

Repeated attempts to get clarification from the town on just what a censure does have been unsuccessful.
