Police investigating Salisbury home burglary

SALISBURY, Md. – Police are asking for the public’s help in a recent burglary investigation in Salisbury.

On June 2nd, police responded to a residence in the 26000 block of Hamden Drive for a reported burglary in progress. Deputies arrived at the scene to find the resident hiding in her bedroom with he door locked. It was learned that the suspects went into the backyard over a fence, disabled lights, and forced entry into two locked doors. The suspects then tried to enter the bedroom where the victim was hiding, but were not successful.

Further investigation has determined that this appears to have bene a planned act, and the victim was not known by the suspects.
