Numerous arrests made in Queenstown Outlet thefts

QUEEN ANNE’S CO., Md. – The Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Office has arrested numerous suspects in connection with multiple recent thefts at the Queenstown Outlets.

On June 7th, police say an unknown man and two unknown women stole various apparel from Nike, valued at over $3,500.

The following day, Nike and the Cosmetic Company Store had two female suspects steal merchandise, during which one of the suspects reportedly assaulted an employee at the Cosmetic Company Store. Both suspects then left the Outlets in a gray Kia with Virginia tags. A short time later, a deputy was able to locate and stop the vehicle, and the stolen merchandise was seen in plain view. Both suspects were subsequently arrested.

Later that same day, police say three women and a man stole merchandise from Under Armour and left the scene in a silver Hyundai passenger vehicle. The vehicle was seen on Route 50 westbound at the Severn River Bridge, and numerous bags of clothing from the store were inside the vehicle in plain view. All suspects were arrested, and store surveillance footage showed all four suspects leaving the store with the merchandise without paying. Under Armour clothing was recovered in the amount of $3,625.70.

The following suspects have been arrested and charged in connection with these incidents:

  • Dominique West (Upper Marlboro, MD): theft scheme, two counts of theft, second degree assault, neglect of a minor, and driving with an expired license. She is being held without bail.
  • Ania Nolan (Washington D.C.): theft and felony theft. She was released on her own recognizance.
  • Tyquan McKenzie (Hyattsville, MD): theft scheme, two counts of theft, and an outstanding warrant. He was released on bond.
  • Breona Simms (District Heights, MD): theft scheme, theft, two counts of felony theft, and conspiracy of theft. She was released on bond.
  • Chyna Parker (Washington, D.C.): theft scheme, two counts of theft, felony theft, and conspiracy of theft. She is being held without bail.
  • Noel Boyd (Washington D.C.): theft, felony theft, and an outstanding fugitive warrant. She is being held without bail.
