Kitten tests positive for rabies in Worcester Co.

SNOW HILL, Md. – The Worcester County Health Department has announced that a kitten tested positive for rabies in the county last week.

Officials say all potential contacts to the rabid kitten have been identified.

Health officials are reminding residents to keep their pets vaccinated against rabies and avoid contact with wild or sick animals.
