47ABC – Summer is quickly approaching and you may find yourself planning a vacation on a sunny beach or bask in the great outdoors, but a local pharmacist wants to make sure you’re protecting your skin this summer.

Sharon Allman stopped by Good Morning Delmarva to share more about the importance of sunscreen and some health care items you should be using this season.

She says that you should always be proactive and use sunscreen on even cloudy days as rays can still penetrate.
