47ABC – Since the pandemic, the workforce has drastically changed and experts say many may find themselves struggling to cope with stress at work and their mental health.

William Merck, a US Army Veteran, leadership expert, and personal development author tells us a good first step when addressing your mental health is making sure the workplace you choose is one you feel comfortable in.

Merck also says there are things you can do to help yourself overcome difficult times at work such as going out in nature and getting fresh air at places like the beach or park or even just eating right and exercising.
