Four arrested for robbery at Milford park

MILFORD, Del. – Four people were taken into custody Sunday evening following a robbery investigation in Milford.

According to police, the incident happened at around 8:50 p.m. at Bicentennial Park. It was learned that four suspects approached the victim in the park and reportedly hit the victim multiple times and took his wallet.

The suspects initially fled the area but were eventually located and taken into custody.

27-year-old Dwan Jarvis was charged with second degree robbery, second degree conspiracy, possession of drug paraphernalia, and offensive touching. He was held at SCI on an $8,300 secured bail.

22-year-old Javon Warren was charged with second degree robbery, second degree conspiracy, and possession of a controlled substance. He was also held at SCI on an $8,200 secured bail.

18-year-old Joshua Singh was charged with second degree robbery and second degree conspiracy and issued an $8,000 unsecured bail.

A 17-year-old male was charged with second degree robbery and second degree conspiracy and was issued an $8,000 unsecured bail with an arraignment scheduled at the Kent County Family Court.
