Ellendale Fatal Crash Investigation

ELLENDALE, De – Delaware State Police are investigating a fatal crash that took place Saturday night in Ellendale.

Police say it happened around 10:43 pm at South Dupont Boulevard, south of Fleatown Road. According to Police, the driver of a Ford Ranger Rover lost control for unknown reasons before hitting a street sign and overturning into a grassy median.
the driver a 30-year Milford man was transported to a nearby hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Meanwhile, the passenger a 29-year man also from Milford was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say both were not properly wearing their seatbelts. The victim’s identification is yet to be released.
