Accomack Co. man dies in crash

MAPPSVILLE, Va. – A single vehicle crash claimed the life of a Virginia man in Accomack County over the weekend.

According to police, that crash happened just after 9 p.m. Saturday on Beartown Road. Troopers say the crash involved an ejection and located the victim, identified as 56-year-old Stevie Justice, dead at the scene.

Preliminary investigation revealed that Justice was driving a 1999 Ford Expedition when he drove off the road, overcorrected, and ran off the road, flipping several times.

Virginia State Police say alcohol was a contributing factor in the crash.
