Salisbury girl opens lemonade stand

SALISBURY, Md. – 7-year-old Naveah just found out she has type 1 diabetes, but she’s not letting that stop her from doing great things.

She had her grand opening for her lemonade stand at Billy Gene Park, which her family built with their own hands.
