Pair arrested for assault at Royal Farms
MILFORD, Del. – Two people have been arrested in connection to an assault at a Royal Farms earlier this month.
On May 1st, officers responded to Royal Farms located on Silicato Parkway for an assault. It was learned than an unknown male and female had become disorderly with a store employee inside the store and reportedly began throwing merchandise at the employee, damaging the merchandise. It was also reported that the unknown man jumped over the counter and assaulted the store employee, injuring the employee.
The pair were identified as 32-year-old Nevis Gregory and 25-year-old Amber Lewis, both of Dover. Both were located on May 9th and taken into custody.
Gregory was charged with third degree assault, third degree conspiracy, criminal mischief under $1000, and disorderly conduct. Lewis was charged with offensive touching, third degree conspiracy, criminal mischief under $1000, and disorderly conduct. Both were released on their own recognizance and issued a no contact order with the employee at Royal Farms.
