47ABC – It’s no secret the housing market has been fluctuating since the pandemic. However, we recently spoke with Marco Smith, a local Delmarva Real Estate Agent, who shares some advice on how to navigate the Housing Market.

He told Good Morning Delmarva that interest rates have skyrocketed and sellers who have recently purchased a home or refinanced are reluctant to sell their homes because of the new rates.

This has led to a huge demand and increase in housing prices. He says Delaware is specifically facing low housing inventory.
