Narcotics investigation leads to six arrests in Seaford

SEAFORD, Del. – Six people have been arrested in connection to a narcotic distribution investigation in Seaford.

On Wednesday, Seaford Police were assisted by Delaware State Police in executing a narcotics search warrant at a residence near the intersection of Front Street and King Street. A total of six people were taken into custody during the search, five of which were found to have either a capias or violation of probation capias.

The following suspects were arrested:

  • Crystal Bailey, 43 of Milford: possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Issued a $400 unsecured bond but committed on a capias.
  • James Brooks, 61 of Seaford: possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Issued a $400 unsecured bond but committed on a capias.
  • Lavar Ross, 39 of Bridgeville: possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Issued a $400 unsecured bond but committed on a capias.
  • Howard Wise, 55 of Seaford: possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Committed on a $400 secured bond and capias including violation of probation.
  • William Ball, 46 of Lewes: possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of heroin, possession of crack cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Committed on a $10,600 secured bail and capias including numerous violations of probation.
  • Jaqueline Cohen, 68 of Seaford: maintaining a drug property and possession of crack cocaine. Released on a $2,200 unsecured bond.
