Millsboro man arrested on rape charges
MILLSBORO, Del. – A Millsboro man has been arrested following an investigation into sexual assaults dating back to 2014.
Millsboro Police say Ronald Gay has been indicted and charged with first degree rape, four counts of first degree unlawful sexual contact, and continuous sexual abuse of a child.
He was held at SCI on an $80,000 cash bail and issued a no-contact order with anyone under the age of 18.
