Man charged with sexually soliciting 13-year-old girls in Wicomico Co.
WICOMICO CO., Md. – A Wicomico County man is behind bars after police say he sexually soliciting multiple teen girls.
In December 2022, the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office conducted an investigation into 18-year-old Robert Dust sexually assaulting and soliciting a 13-year-old juvenile. Following the investigation, Dust was charged with three counts of third degree sex offense, three counts of fourth degree sex offense sexual contact, three counts of second degree assault, two counts of sexual solicitation of a minor, two counts of displaying obscene material to a minor, and telephone misuse obscene material. Dust was later released on ankle monitoring.
Last week, while Dust was on pretrial supervision, law enforcement was notified that Dust had once again solicited another 13-year-old female. Dust was again charged with displaying obscene material to a minor, three counts of child porn solicit subject, attempted possession of child porn, two counts of sexual solicitation of a minor, and one count of contributing to the condition of a minor.
Dust is currently being held without bond.
