Henlopen Spring Fest draws in big crowd in Milton, supports local businesses

MILTON, Del.- Endeavor Lodge #17 hosted their first-ever Henlopen Springfest Saturday at Hudson Fields in Milton.

Organizers say they were looking for more ways to bring bigger events like festivals to the area.

The day included live music from a variety of acts, a car show, food from local vendors, and more.

Several local businesses also showcased their products and services.

Lodge Master Dominic Drummond says the event stands as their biggest fundraising effort of the year. He also tells 47ABC it was the perfect way to bring the community together. “That’s all we are is a community helping the community. We’re just other community members trying to help one another in any way that we can,” Drummond said.

We’re told funds raised will support the lodge and others including Home of the Brave, Cape Henlopen School District, and local first responders.
