Cat tests positive for rabies in Eden

EDEN, Md. – The Wicomico County Health Department says a cat has tested positive for rabies in Wicomico County.

We’re told the cat was found on Cooper Road in Eden and tested positive on Tuesday.

Health department officials are reminding residents to be aware of their surroundings and avoid contact with all wild or stray animals.
