West Salisbury teacher named Wicomico TOY

SALISBURY, Md. – West Salisbury Elementary teacher Tara Martens has been named the 2023-2024 Wicomico Teacher of the Year.

Mrs. Martens has taught in Wicomico County since 2012 and has been at her current position since 2018.
