Shooting investigation underway in Laurel

LAUREL, Del. – Police are actively investigating a shooting incident in the Laurel area.

Details are limited at this time. We’re told Laurel Police and Delaware State Police are working together in this investigation, and citizens should expect a large police presence and delays in travel in the areas of Discount Land Road and Wilson Street.

One victim is being treated, and the suspect is still at large.
