Dover residential burglary under investigation

DOVER, Del. – Dover Police are investigating a residential burglary that happened during the overnight hours on Friday.

Police responded to the unit block of Eiger Court at around 9:40 a.m. Saturday, learning that between 9 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. Saturday, a suspect entered the home through an unsecured garage door. The suspect then reportedly stole several items belonging to the victim before fleeing on foot. The residents told police they were sleeping upstairs when the incident happened.
