New brewery brings fresh dining experience to Ocean City

OCEAN CITY, Md. – The Other One Brewing Co. has officially opened its doors and looks to bring a fresh and unique dining experience to Ocean City.

Founder Nathan Todd tells us he actually started brewing from his home. Eventually he and his wife set their eyes on opening their own business with a mission to keep a brewery in OC.

The brewery’s goal is to be an open space for all and allow visitors to enjoy craft beer.

Todd tells 47 ABC although it may be considered risky starting up a business in the current economy, the strong community support they’ve already received is a good sign they’re there to stay.

“More and more we’ve noticed people coming down here and traveling even in the off season. So, I think businesses can sustain positive growth in a post pandemic world,” Todd said.

“We got great tunes here all the time, an awesome vibe, good food. Just come and enjoy yourself while the hustle and bustle of the world is going on around you. You can forget about it while you’re here. ”

The Other One Brewing Co. also has a shared courtyard space for outside dining available.

They’re currently open Thursday-Sunday noon till 8p.m. They’re expected to go 7 days a week starting this summer.
