EASTON, Md. – Easton Elementary School first grade teacher Charlene DeShields has been nominated for the National Life Changer of the Year award.

The Life Changer of the Year award looks to recognize the very best K through 12 educators and school district employees who are making a difference in the lives of students by exemplifying excellence, positive influence, and leadership.
