“Hurricane Hazel” honored with mural

CRISFIELD, Md. – Artist Michael Rosato is honoring 85-year-old “Hurricane Hazel”.

Hazel Cropper’s face will now be found on a mural on a Baltimore Salt Box. She is best known for her record-breaking crab picking skills and is a well-known figure here on the Eastern Shore.
